Participants are responsible for covering their travel expenses to and from the Tenuta. If eligible for an Erasmus Grant, reimbursement terms will be provided by their home university.

The Suvignano Tenuta Lab offers a rural experience. Accommodation will be in a rustic villa, with shared rooms (double or triple occupancy).

Food will be purchased and prepared collectively by all participants, who will share the costs. These expenses are also the responsibility of the participants. Since the costs will be shared, please carefully check with your home university regarding the necessary documentation (receipts, invoices, payment methods, etc.) required for reimbursement.

Accommodation costs, however, will be covered by the organizing institution (UNIPI).
