SUSFOOD2 - ERA-NET Cofund
The SUSFOOD ERA-Net was build on and accelerated the work of a collaborative working group of partners actively financing research on sustainable food production and consumption.
Italy joined the SUSFOOD2 consortium supporting research projects on three thematic areas: 1) Resource-efficient, circular and zero-waste food systems 2) Diversity in food from field to plate 3) Mild food processing.
