Funding for students' activities
Every year, the University of Pisa assigns part of its budget towards the organization of cultural, sporting and recreational activities. Usually, the call for the allocation of these funds is published in the autumn. Some of the activities that have been funded in the past include conferences, exhibits, publications, student newspapers, film reviews, theater and musical activities, video production and sports activities.
The requests may be made by the president of students' associations and committees in which at least 70% of the members are enrolled at the University. They may also be requested by the leader of groups composed of 5 University students. Some of the financed activities have been a Film festival, the Pisa Rock Festival, the Pisa Folk Festival, amongst others.
Please consult the activities financed in 2015 (only in Italian).
