The office will be closed for the Christmas break from December 20, 2024, to January 6, 2025, inclusive, and will reopen regularly on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.

The WIS! (Welcome International Students!) is the contact office for all the Holders of qualifications awarded abroad (High school Diploma, Bachelor and Master's Degree) willing to enrol at the University of Pisa, except for the PhD students who must refer to the PhD Office.

For the academic year 2024/2025, the WIS! Office’s services are available online and in presence, from 18th July 2024 to 28 February 2025

                          every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

During office hours, a maximum of 20 students per day will be admitted, provided they have collected a number at the reception starting at 8:30 AM. Students will be attended to in order of arrival.

From 18th July2024 to 28th February 2025, students holding a foreign qualification can call +39 338 4706070 (Monday-Wednesday-Friday from 10 am to 12 noon) to contact a WIS! Office operator.
